MARYLAND CRAB CAKES SHIPPING, PRIVACY AND RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
All orders(Maryland Crab Cakes) are shipped overnight and are
shipped in styrofoam boxes using gel-packs. We take pride in assuring that your package
arrives as fresh as possible.
Orders are only shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders must be received before
Noon EST on Mondays and Thursdays to ensure same day shipment. Orders received
after Noon EST will be shipped the next shipping day (Monday or Thursday).
Maryland Crab-Cakes can be refrigerated for a few days and enjoyed at a later time.
The information we receive from or about you is stored on systems
designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of that
information. In addition, we encrypt your transmission of sensitive information
(e.g. credit card numbers, account passwords) in the interested if heightened privacy protection
and information integrity.
Financial information is stored in a secure location that is accessible
only by designated staff and used only for the purposes for which you have provided
the information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information.
Remember, please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.
If your order is spoiled or damaged due to negligence
of "Chesapeake Bay Seafood", we will replace it free-of-charge. If you receive your
order and it is damaged or you suspect spoilage, please do not discard until a
representative from Chesapeake Bay Seafood is contacted.
